Please note the following amendments to the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure:

–     New rules to address appeals arising under the Pa. Code of Military Justice —

Finally, a new fee schedule for the federal courts also takes effect on December 1.  The schedule, as published by the Third Circuit, is attached.
