Representative Bryan Cutler
House Bill 1816 has been referred to the House Judiciary Committee. It would make recommendations to the Governor for nominations to vacancies to the appellate courts. The need for diversity on the Bench is recognized in the bill.
The House returns to session on September 26. The Senate returns to session on September 19.
