newsworks.org a website maintained by WHYY reports that the Philadelphia Board of Ethics on Wednesday approved new rules for lobbyists. The rules will be reviewed by the City Solicitors office. The rules should go into effect in November. The rules would exempt from registration routine activities b lawyers.

As of the time of this post, the rules have not been posted on the Philadephia Board of Ethics website or on newsworks.org
