Death Penalty: Senate Bill 397 (MJ White-R-Venango) further providing for the imposition of the death penalty in cases of mental retardaton was reported from the Senate Judiciary Committee and is now on the Senate Calendar for action.

Juvenile Records: Senate Bill 850 (Greenleaf-R-Montgomery) relating to cyberbullying, expungement of juvenile records and other changes was amended and reported from the Senate Appropriations Committee and is now on the Senate Calendar for action.

DNA Evidence: Senate Bill 775 (Pileggi-R-Delaware) further providing for the use and collection of DNA samples and evidence was amended and reported from the Senate Judiciary Committee and is now on the Senate Calendar for action.

Criminal Records: Senate Bill 1220 (Solobay-D-Washington) relating to criminal record expungement was reported from the Senate Judiciary Committee and is now on the Senate Calendar for action.
