The House and Senate return to session Monday to finalize work on the State budget.  The General Assembly has 28 days in which to pass the budget.  The House and Senate will be in voting session on June 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.

June 2– House Appropriations Committee meets to consider  Senate Bill 1077 (Argall-R-Schuylkill) further providing for scrap material theft with respect to railroads- sponsor summary.  Room 140.  Off the Floor.

June 3–  House Judiciary Committee meets to consider House Bill 2102 (Tobash-R-Berks) further providing for exemptions from jury duty- sponsor summaryHouse Bill 2167 (Swanger-R- Lebanon) further providing for notification of breaches of personal information- sponsor summaryHouse Bill 2253 (Caltagirone-D-Berks) further providing for the use of criminal history for employment- sponsor summary.  Room 205 Ryan Building. 10:00.

June 10– Senate Law and Justice Committee holds a hearing on an amendment to Senate Bill 1182 (Folmer-R-Lebanon) on legalization of medical marijuana.  LTBA. 10:00.
