Senate Calendar

February 2:  Senate Bill 166 (Greenleaf-R-Montgomery) providing for the expungement of criminal history in certain circumstances (sponsor summary); Senate Bill 210 (Greenleaf-R-Montgomery) further providing exemptions from jury duty (sponsor summary). 

House Judiciary Committee

Meets February 3 at 10 a.m. to consider House Bill 89 (Harper-R-Montgomery) constitutional amendment raising the retirement age for judges from 70 to 75,  House Bill 90 (Harper-R-Montgomery) raising the retirement age for judges from 70 to 75 (cosponsor summary).

Philly Traffic Court: Senate Bill 283 (Pileggi-R-Delaware) eliminating the Philadelphia Traffic Court (sponsor summary) was referred into and out of the Senate Appropriations Committee (Senate Fiscal Note) and was passed by the Senate.  The bill now goes to the House for consideration.
