Sexual Offenders: House Bill 446 (Marsico-R-Dauphin) further providing for probation for certain sexual offenders was reported from the House Appropriations Committee and passed by the House.  A summary and House Fiscal Note are available.  The bill now goes to the Senate for action.

Senate

Community Service: Senate Bill 130 (Gordner-R-Columbia) further providing for community service sentencing (sponsor summary) was passed by the Senate and now goes to the House for consideration.
