Medical Marijuana bill signed into law as Act 16

Senate Bill 3 (Folmer-R-Lebanon) legalizing medical marijuana, was signed by the Governor on April 19. A House Fiscal Note and summary is available.

Criminal Record Clean Slate bill introduced

Senate Bill 1197 (Wagner-R-York) providing for expunging certain offenses from criminal records (sponsor summary) has been introduced.
