October 17– NEW. Senate Law and Justice Committee meets to consider House Bill 1538 (White-R-Philadelphia) further providing for the release of law enforcement officer information when a firearm is discharged or force is used (House Fiscal Note and summary). Rules Room.  Off the Floor.

House Appropriations Committee meets to consider House Bill 1528 (Moul-R-Adams) further providing for the appeal of adoption subsidy (sponsor summary), House Bill 1530 (Lewis-R-Chester) witnessing consent to adoption by an incarcerated parent (sponsor summary), House Bill 1885 (White-R-Philadelphia) further providing for exemptions from municipal immunity related to sanctuary cities (sponsor summary), House Bill 2303(Causer-R-Forest) amending the Administrative Code to make changes on payments from the PA Horse Breeding Fund, Senate Bill 1311(Vance-R-Cumberland) relating to adoption and child abuse.  Room 140.  Off the Floor.
