Sex Offenders: House Bill 631 (Marsico-R-Dauphin) further providing for sentencing sex offenders (Senate Fiscal Note and summary).

Emergency Prescriptions: Senate Bill 542 (Browne-R-Lehigh) further providing for issuing emergency prescriptions.  A House Fiscal Note and summary is available.  The bill was signed into law as Act 8.
